Home-Based Gross Motor Development

What We Offer:
Our Virtual Gross Motor OTA program is designed to enhance physical development through structured, fun, and purposeful movement activities. We meet with you on Zoom 1x a week to work on building core strength, coordination, and confidence, giving kids the tools they need to succeed in physical play and everyday activities.

Who It’s For:
Perfect for children who love the virtual world but could benefit from improving body awareness, coordination, and muscle strength in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

Helping children understand where their body is in space to improve physical confidence and control.

Improving balance and reflexes to help children gain better control and confidence in their movements.

Throwing & Spatial Awareness

Activities that enhance throwing accuracy, aiming, and understanding space—key for many physical games.

Jumping & Leg Strength

Building strong leg muscles and jumping skills for increased agility and support in playground and sports activities.

Hand-eye Coordination & Catching

Lower Body Coordination (Target Practice)

Activities focused on precise lower-body movements for increased balance and skill.
